Meet the Pastor

Pastor Allan Mark has been appointed to the Munsonville United Methodist Church, Chapel By The Lake, by Bishop Peter D. Weaver, Resident Bishop of the New England Conference of the United Methodist Church (UMC).  According to New Hampshire District Superintendent, Reverend David Abbott, Pastor Allan Mark will assume his duties on July 3, 2011

Mark brings almost 30 years of ministry experience to the pulpit, from work on the mission field to local church ministries. He completed two years of Bible Training in Quebec, Canada before moving to the Peterborough area. He and his wife are members of the West Ringe UMC where he was a lay speaker. He has been serving as apart of the Ministry Team at the Chapel By The Lake since 2010.

Mark has completed a two week training course for Licensed Local Pastors in North Adams, Massachusetts. He has one more evaluation to fulfill before he receives his certification as Local Licensed Pastor . He expects to complete this step in 2011. He will be leading Sunday worship services.
